1: In the early stage, you need to know a little bit of mechanical basics. It is necessary to understand mechanical drawings. You must understand the processing drawings, right? 2: Familiarize yourself with the G M function codes first, and then start from simple programming. You will be able to work with practice over time. 3: Decide on a learning software, UG, MC, PM, WNC,... pick one that people around you use, or that you want to learn and like. 4: To use a machine, you can be a machinist first, and be familiar with the structure and process characteristics of drilling, milling, boring, grinding, and planing machines, and be familiar with the properties of processed materials.
5: Manual programming may not be possible in the early stage, but software learning is almost done, and simple flying surface punching is required. 6: You have to set a goal for yourself, from the shallower to the deeper, and you have to put your own program on the machine to run, practice plus theoretical study will be faster! These are some experiences I have summed up in cnc processing, and I would like to share them with you.
