Although the process of tool change, tool selection mode, tool library structure, type manipulator, etc., the control of numerical control devices and programmable controllers, electric motors, hydraulic mechanisms or tires realize the selection and exchange of tools. Tool and workpiece errors can also be measured when contact sensors are installed in mechanisms. (6) Automatic pallet replacement system.

The time management of some CNC machining centers without cutting workpieces is further shortened, and the two workpiece pallets are automatically replaced, one processing is installed on one workbench, and the workbench is located outside the other, thereby reducing auxiliary time and improving processing efficiency. (7) Auxiliary system. Including lubricating, cooling, chip evacuation, protection, hydraulic system and random inspection.

Although the auxiliary system does not directly participate in the cutting movement, it has a decisive guarantee for the accuracy and reliability of the CNC machining center, so it is also an indispensable part of the CNC machining center.
