The blow molding process is widely used in the industrial industry, so what are the materials needed for blow molding products? Now let's learn this together. 1. Synthetic resin (such as polyacrylic acid, epoxy resin). It can be used to cast low-cost trial molds, molds with few production runs or sample molds. They can be filled with metal powder or glass fiber to improve the dimensional stability and thermal conductivity of blow molded products. 2. Zinc alloy. It has good thermal conductivity and low cost, and can be used to cast large molds or molds with irregular shapes, and can be manufactured by machining. The hardness of zinc alloy is lower than that of aluminum alloy, so it is necessary to use steel or copper hinge alloy to make the blank insert. Zinc can also be alloyed with aluminum or copper, which has good dimensional stability but poor corrosion resistance. 3. Zinc-nickel-copper alloy. It can also be used as a mold material for blow molding products. Its thermal conductivity is between copper alloy and aluminum alloy, but its hardness is lower than copper beryllium alloy under similar thermal conductivity.
