The temperature and pressure changes of plastic injection molding have a great influence on the dimensional accuracy of plastic products. What factors affect size? One: What factors affect the size of injection molded products? 1) Limited by the fluidity of the plastic raw material. Under certain equipment and injection molding process conditions, plastics with good fluidity can form larger-sized plastic parts; on the contrary, plastics with less fluidity can form smaller plastic parts. 2) The size of injection molded products is also limited by injection molding equipment. The size of injection molded plastic parts is limited by the injection volume, clamping force and template size of the injection machine; the size of compression and pressure injection molded plastic parts is limited by the size of the press. The maximum pressure and the maximum size of the press worktable are limited.
