MATERIAL PROPERTIES

Material properties determine the performance of plastic products in actual use, including strength, rigidity, toughness, impact resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, and water absorption. Different materials have their own advantages in performance and processing characteristics. We will select the appropriate material and grade for our customers based on product structure, usage environment, operating temperature, stress conditions, appearance requirements, and production processes. For different processes such as injection molding, blow molding, rotational molding, and extrusion, we will also comprehensively consider the material's flowability, shrinkage rate, melt strength, and other processing properties to meet product performance requirements while also taking into account dimensional stability, production efficiency, and cost.

Material grades not only represent the basic material composition of plastics but also determine the final performance, processing characteristics, and lifespan of the product. As a custom plastic product manufacturer, we don't simply specify a generic material. Instead, we select appropriate material grades and modification levels based on the customer's product structure, usage environment, performance requirements, processing technology, and target cost. These include different formulations such as reinforced, flame-retardant, UV-resistant, impact-resistant, and chemical-resistant options. For projects with specific standards or brand material requirements, we can also match materials according to standards such as ASTM, EN/ISO, and JIS, as well as the customer-specified material grades, and provide corresponding material certifications and technical documentation to ensure that the selected materials match the product requirements and production processes.
