Check whether the emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and maintenance and installation detection switches are normal. 5. Check whether the high-pressure air source, low-pressure air source, power supply, and water source are normal. 6. Check whether the heating head enters the embryo and the part of the embryo is working normally. If the preform is not in place, adjust the preform mounting nut. 7. Check whether the lamp tube is damaged or broken. To be replaced in time. 8. Check whether each pneumatic component is leaking and whether the action is flexible. 9. Check whether the triplet is abnormally leaking, whether it is blocked, and whether the water storage capacity of the water cup is too full. 10. When the solenoid valve of blow molding machinery is abnormal, it should be cleaned in time. 11. Blow molding machine molds must be cleaned and polished regularly. 12. When turning on the upper and lower pressure air source switches, the action must be slow to prevent the air flow rate from being too fast and dirt blowing into the solenoid valve. At the same time, open the exhaust valve for 30 seconds to ensure that the air is clean. 13. When the blow molding machine is started, it must be confirmed that the machine part is in good condition, there is no one inside the machine, and there is no foreign matter. Especially the position of the handle, so as not to hurt people. At the same time, close the safety gate. 14. When starting the machine, the motor must be started first, and the heating machine must be delayed for 30 seconds to prevent voltage fluctuations. Before starting the heating, make sure that the cooling water is turned on. 15. After heating starts (2-3) minutes, wait for the temperature of the oven to rise evenly, and then press the embryo button. At the same time, the bottle blowing power must be turned on, otherwise it will not blow the bottle. 16. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to brake in an emergency. Then analyze the cause according to the on-site situation, find out the problem and solve it quickly. 17. After the blow molding machine is in normal operation, do not put any part of the body into the machine to avoid the robot hand from hurting people. If there is abnormal noise in the machine, it can be stopped and observed after slowing down. 18. After normal production, the operator must check the quality of the bottle frequently to avoid voltage fluctuation or other reasons affecting the quality of the bottle blowing. 19. During maintenance, you can press the fault maintenance button on the touch screen to ensure safe maintenance. If you need to manually observe the movement of each individual cavity, please pay attention to the position of the manipulator. At the same time, it is necessary to clearly understand the function of individual buttons, and then perform actions. Make sure that misoperations cause unnecessary trouble.20. After each maintenance, tools and screws must be cleaned up, so as not to be left in the machine and affect the normal operation of the machine.
