Burst of plastic products is a quality problem that often occurs in injection molded parts processing manufacturers. This nature is very serious. The main reason is how it is formed. When the black material is burst, customers generally suspect whether too much nozzle material is added. Because the water inlet material is a cause of bursting. There is another kind that bursts with a light touch. That position is mainly the bonding line, that is, the design of the plastic injection point is not in place when designing the plastic mold, and the welding line is made at the top of the perforated hole.

It is also the thinner part on the outside. Especially in the production of ABS material, it is easy to break. Experienced design engineers will first review the glue point, and through the glue point, drive the weld line to a position where no burst will occur.
