The speed determines the condition of the raw materials in the mold runner and the finished product. If it is fast, it will have burrs, overfill, burnt, and if it is slow, it will cause short shots, shrinkage, poor bonding and easy breakage. 4. Temperature The raw material is different, the temperature is different, if the temperature is too low, the melt will not penetrate, resulting in uneven color, and the internal stress of the finished product will increase.

If the temperature is too low and the pressurization is too high, the screw may break. If the temperature is too high, the product will have burrs, and the temperature difference will cause shrinkage due to cooling. The raw material will decompose, turn yellow, change color, and break easily. The cooling time becomes longer, and the gas is not easy to discharge.
