Definition of CNC blade length CNC blade length is a very important definition. When we write a part program, we first need the program writing management center of the specific part, and then we can create the product workpiece program writing plane coordinates, and this plane coordinate is only a product workpiece plane coordinate, and the zero point is generally on the product workpiece .

The length compensation is only related to the Z coordinate. It is not like the programmed zero point in the X and Y planes. Since the CNC blade is precisely positioned by the taper hole of the spindle bearing without changing it, the zero point for the Z coordinate is different. The length of each knife is different. 2. The use of CNC blade length compensation in the work of CNC blade length compensation is completed by executing commands with G43 (G44) and H. In addition, we get a Z plane coordinate, so that the CNC blade moves away from the product workpiece after compensation Areas with surface spacing Z.

Another command G49 cancels the G43 (G44) command. In fact, we don’t need to use this command, because each CNC blade has its own length compensation. When changing the tool, use the G43 (G44) H command to grant itself The length compensation of the previous CNC blade is automatically cancelled.
